The Problem

The challenge lies in travel agents having to navigate through various providers to access specific services for facilitating travel, causing disruptions in the data flow as it transitions between these providers.

1. Designing custom icon

In enhancing user experience across the Vobb ecosystem, a custom icon plays a vital role. It unifies the diverse range of tools and applications within the system, providing a consistent visual identity. Reflecting Vobb's brand values, the icon embodies innovation, efficiency, and user-centricity.

2. Simplified CRM Dashboard Navigation:

We encountered a few challenges that demanded creative solutions. Firstly, users found it hard to track prospects' progress within the pipeline because stages was not visible in the customers dashboard, lacking clarity. Secondly, the prospect files section cluttered the dashboard, making navigation cumbersome. Lastly, the varying lengths of activity card text caused confusion and information overload.

Design Solution

Through iterative design and user feedback, I crafted a cohesive solution that streamlined pipeline visibility, decluttered the dashboard, and standardized activity card lengths, resulting in a more intuitive and enjoyable user experience.

Outcome

Through our efforts, we cultivated a more streamlined and user-centric design, yielding remarkable outcomes. Users experienced heightened productivity, and we observed a significant reduction in drop-off rates. This success underscores our commitment to enhancing user engagement and satisfaction within the Vobb ecosystem.
